The parents and families of our participants appreciate the value of the Dream Girls USATM Pageant Program and understand that:

• You must be a registered Missouri Hometown Queen to compete at the Missouri Dream Girls USA State Pageant. The quicker you register, the sooner you will receive YOUR official "Hometown Queen Kit".  Enter TODAY!
• The Missouri Dream Girls USA State Pageant is a Preliminary to the National Pageant. Once registered with your official title, you are responsible for your State Entry fee, following deadlines, and attending the State Pageant.
• YOUR REIGN IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT....  We ask you to follow our simple guidelines and remember all deadlines. Be a responsible titleholder! 
• All officially Registered Hometown queens will receive complete information including gaining their sponsorship fees and they are responsible for the sponsorship fee. Each Director will give a generous payment plan timeframe.
• ALL MISSOURI STATE QUEENS WIN THEIR MAIN NATIONAL FEE PAID to the National Dream Girls USA Pageant PAID by your Director to vie for Division Overall Queen. For Baby and Tiny Miss, Division OVERALL is determined by Formalwear Scores.  For ages 4-up, Division OVERALL is detemined by Spokesmodel AND Formalwear Scores.  To vie for the Overall, you will participate in the Optional events.
• ALL MISSOURI STATE QUEENS MUST ADVANCE TO THE 2011 National Dream Girls USA. 
• ALL Runner-ups in the Queens court OR any Optional Winner may advance and are encouraged to do so. They will receive an incredible Scholarship off of the National entry fee. ALL New set of judges and each girl CAN win BIG!
